Always trustworthy and competent care for the whole family. Reliable diagnoses and opinions. We know if there is ever an issue or question, they are one hundred percent for the patient and stand behind their work. Some in our family have extremely soft teeth, and Jones has always been so patient and compassionate, (and knowledgeable) with a conservative approach, but also mind for best practice in the long term. The doctors, assistants, techs, and hygienists have each been friendly and very professional. Office runs consistently on time, with a smile and great billing dept. Only complaint is they are a very long wait to get into for routine care if you need to reschedule. (Usually a sign of a great office).
